Come join the fun this Saturday!!! This is traditional festival that takes place in Laos after rice planting season (aka end of rainy season). Villages would get together along the Mekong River bank to celebrate community and family time. Share meals together and cheer on the boat races. Our adaptation of this festival in the US is happening in the San Diego Bay at Tecolote Mission Beach. Bring out your picnic blankets, family and friends, and your joyful cheers to join us. We’ll also have your favorite Luang Prabang dishes to share. So swing by and grab your Miang!
