Stehly Farms Organics We still play in the dirt. Originally founded as Stehly Ranch by Jerome Stehly Sr.

in 1962, Jerome and Noel Stehly took on the undertaking of growing certified organic fruits and vegetables in 2003. Stehly Farms Organics is a small, family owned company that grows, packs, and distributes certified organic avocados, citrus and berries nation-wide. Located in Valley Center, CA, Stehly Farms Organics is both owned and operated by brothers Jerome & Noel Stehly. SFO harvests thousand

Our farmers market stand will be open, selling items we grow. Dogs are not allowed in the patch and must be on a leash at all times. Berries are $5.00 per pound. Cash, credit, debit is accepted. It has been a long time friends. Please join us at Stehly Farms Organics for our first u-pick strawberry festival in two years! April 16, 2022, 9am-3pm. We look forward to seeing old friends, and making new. Entrance fee is $9, kids under 3 are free. Each paid entrance fee will receive a 1 lb container to fill closed. Any additional strawberries you would like to pick may be purchased by the pound. Your admission covers the petting zoo, tractor ride and full access to the playground! Great ready for family fun. Food will be available to purchase. Our kitchen will be busy creating farm-to-table faire with oven-fired pizzas made with veggies from the garden, tacos, hot dogs, hamburgers, gelato, and smoothies! Our farmers market will be open during the strawberry festival. We hope you can join us! No dogs/animals allowed in the strawberry patch. All animals must be on a leash. No bags, backpacks allowed in the patch.

Clamshells are available for picking or bring your own containers. $4 per pound. Bring a hat & wear some sunscreen and have a lot of fun with your family. Enjoy Local Organic strawberries grown in Escondido and Valley Center which means they are FRESH and bursting with flavor! Many times, the farmers pick the strawberries on the same day they are delivered to Jimbo's! This means they can let them get fully ripe before picking without worrying about them traveling too far giving you a much sweeter and more flavorful strawberry! Enjoy LOCAL ORGANIC strawberries grown in Escondido and Valley Center which means they are FRESH and
bursting with flavor! Many times, the
farmers pick the strawberries on the same day they are delivered to Jimbo's! This means they can let them get fully ripe before picking without worrying about them travelling too far giving you a much sweeter and more flavorful strawberry!

I just opened the Hefeweizen I made a couple of weeks ago. I made it with Valencia Oranges from Stehly Farms Organics… I’ve added the fruit after flameout when the wort reached a temp of approximately 160F. I wanted to make@sure that any bacteria will be killed which should happen at a temperature above 155F.
It has a strong banana smell and finishes with a glove taste. I’d say I can taste a hint of Orange but it could be just in my head. 🤔
I went for a high CO2 volume to make the beer more refreshing.
I’d say it is a success.

We are excited to announce the return of our annual Harvest Festival at our Olive View Ranch! We want to invite you to join us and our region's Top Chefs, Food Artisans, Farmers, Fisherman, Wineries and Breweries for an intimate gathering, while we celebrate friends, farming food, and our 20th anniversary, at this all inclusive event. This will be a small event with extremely limited tickets available, so do not wait to reserve your spot. A prior reservation and a ticket will be required in order to attend. This will be a 21+ event, and you must arrive with a valid form of ID.

In honor of Earth Day, Bivouac invites you to a tasting and pairing dinner made from local farm-fresh ingredients! 🌎

On Wednesday, April 21st, we’ll be featuring a specially curated menu by Chef Joann Customized Catering paired with specialty cider made by our cider maker, Samantha Olson.

Chef Joann's menu will feature contemporary American cuisine using fresh, seasonal, local, and organic ingredients sourced from J R Organics CSA Farm. The menu will be 100% gluten-free and 100% delicious.

Sam, our cider maker, will be creating a cider specially for the event. Expect a tangerine and marmalade cider made with locally sourced ingredients from Stehly Farms Organics. Each course will be uniquely paired with one of our ciders.
