🥩 Have you ever thought about buying a ¼ or ½ beef? 🥩
If you have a freezer to stock up for the coming school year, buying beef directly from our farm is a great way to stock up on quality, farm-raised beef for your family!
A ¼ beef can provide roughly 40–60 pounds of ground beef PLUS a variety of steaks and roasts, depending on how you choose to have it cut.
For example, a ¼ beef could include:
🥩 4 Porterhouse steaks
🥩 4 T-bone steaks
🥩 6 Rib or Ribeye steaks
🥩 4 Sirloin steaks
🥩 Round steaks — cube steak, London broil, etc.
🥩 1-2 Rump roasts
🥩 4- 5 Chuck roasts
🍔 40–60 lbs. of ground beef
And that's just one example!
You get to customize your order when you give your cutting instructions to the butcher. You can choose your steak thickness, roast sizes, and which cuts work best for your family.
Want a Brisket (fresh or corned)? Short ribs? Oxtail, Heart, Tongue, Liver, Shank?Those are options too!
The exact amount and cuts will vary based on cutting lists but this gives you an idea of what a ¼ beef could look like.
We also sell 1/8 or 1/2 beef if that might work better.
