TGIF from a homestead brew. See ya at 5pm!

There’s something special about watching ideas move from the field… into the kitchen… and finally into the glass.

This week we’ve been playing with our new black currant & plum infused honeys — layered, bright, floral, tart, and deeply rooted in the fruit and botanicals we grow and steward here on the farm. What starts as soil, sunlight, pollinators, blossoms, and harvest eventually becomes edible art in liquid form.

Tonight’s pour?
A 10mg field-to-sip beverage finished with a shot of our house-crafted infusion — balancing fruit, honey, acidity, aroma, and carbonation into something meant to be savored slowly.

One of the greatest blessings in this journey has been meeting people who see food and drink the same way we do. Getting the chance to meet Hank Shaw was a reminder that the best chefs, growers, hunters, brewers, and makers all share something in common: respect for ingredients and the stories behind them.

When farmers care deeply about how something is grown… and chefs care deeply about how something is prepared… creativity and production stop competing with each other and start elevating one another. That’s where the magic happens.

Field to glass.
Soil to sip.
From the land we love — crafted with intention.

Spring is speaking on the farm.

Open @ 2pm May second 2026!

Our hop shoots are up, and this is one of those moments we look forward to every single year. Before we stump them back, we’re out here getting our twins set—dialing in placement so every plant climbs exactly where it’s supposed to.

Stumping isn’t just tradition—it’s discipline. It forces the plant to push from deeper roots… bigger straws, stronger pull, cleaner growth. It’s also how we stay ahead of issues like powdery mildew—building a healthier crop from the ground up instead of chasing problems later.

This is the part people don’t always see. The decisions that shape the season before it even starts.

Field to glass. Soil to sip.
We grew it to brew it.

FIRST INFUSION OF THE SEASON

Black Currant Leaf & Plum Honey
— a true taste of the farm, right now.

Our currants are waking up, the leaves are fresh, and we’re capturing that moment in our first infusion of the year. Paired with our own plum juice and raw honey, this release is bright, botanical, and deeply rooted in the land.

This is how we work:
Small batches. Real-time harvest. No waiting.

Every infusion reflects what the farm is giving us right now — and once it’s gone, it’s gone.

🍯 Crafted for:
• Cocktails & Mocktails
• Red beers & seasonal pours
• Chef-driven menu pairings
• Elevated everyday sipping

📦 Available in:
16 oz | 32 oz | 1 gallon jugs

⚠️ LIMITED RUN — PRE-ORDER TO RESERVE
📩 DM to claim your batch

We don’t remake these on demand.
We follow the season, test what hits, and scale what earns its place.

This is the first pour of the season — don’t miss it.

Soil to sip!
From the kitchen to the field… it’s all chemistry. 🌱🔥

Whether we’re formulating recipes for edible art or dialing in foliar feeds for our crops, the mindset is the same—precision, balance, and understanding how every input affects the final outcome.

Lately we’ve been deep in studying and applying what it means to truly feed the plant—not just the soil. Building stronger skins on our berries, increasing nutrient uptake, and pushing flavor to be brighter, fresher, and more alive. That’s where the magic happens… when science meets the field.

Farming is time-sensitive, and terroir is everything. A sandy loam sitting around 6.8 pH behaves completely different than heavier clay soils pushing down near 5.2. Crops like blueberries thrive in that acidity, while others demand balance. Knowing how to adjust, support, and respond—that’s the difference between surviving and thriving.

This is what we mean by Soil → Sip.
Understanding the chemistry.
Respecting the land.
And translating that knowledge into food, flavor, and health.

Knowledge is the key. Always learning. Always refining. Always growing.

Another SOLD OUT beer dinner at A Homestead Brew — and we can’t thank you all enough.

These nights have become something special. Limited seats, limited menus, and a rotating lineup of talented chefs coming in to showcase what they’re passionate about. Every dinner is different, every plate tells a story, and every room is filled with people who truly appreciate the experience.

Huge thank you to Double D BBQ for bringing the heat and helping us put together an incredible night. We love collaborating with chefs who care about quality, flavor, and the craft as much as we do.

To everyone who grabbed a seat — thank you. These dinners sell out fast for a reason, and it’s because of the energy you all bring.

We’re already working on the NEXT beer pairing dinner… 👀
Different chef. New menu. Same limited-seat experience.

If you want in, make sure you’re following our page — that’s where these drop first, and they don’t last long.

We don’t do big crowds. We do it right.

Big things don’t happen alone… and this one is no exception. 🇺🇸🎆

We want to take a moment to give a HUGE thank you to all of the incredible sponsors who are helping make this year’s Heritage Fireworks Show possible.

From the fireworks lighting up the sky, to the live music, to the food trucks and everything in between — this event is built on community, generosity, and people who believe in what we’re doing out here.

Because of you, we’re able to not only put on a show… but also continue supporting Hero Haven and the mission behind it. That’s what this is really about. ❤️

We’re proud to stand alongside businesses and partners who invest back into their community, their veterans, and moments that bring people together.

👉 When you support this event, you’re supporting them too — so let’s show them some love.

We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you.
The countdown is ON. 💥
