Final pressing of the season. We finished up with an additional 670 gallons of Estate Tempranillo and 170 gallons of Hartman Family Vineyard Tempranillo. While this whole season was stacked and very short we are blessed to be done at least a month sooner, if not more, than normal. Just a little update from the winery. Excited to share these 2 different versions of Rosé, 1st pic is a Tempranillo rosé (TBD) and 2nd is our Grenache rosé (Texas Hog Wash Rosé). Both are made the same way, direct press and exact same protocol. Tempranillo is showing watermelon and strawberry while the Grenache is is peach and mandarin orange right now. 3rd pic is of fermentation of Orange Style Albariño may not look like much now but after press and settling it will be a citrus layered wine with an orange hue.
