A new bite has joined the menu ✨

Introducing our Boursin Appetizer with Pistachios & Cranberries — creamy Boursin topped with crunchy pistachios and sweet cranberries for the perfect balance of savory and sweet.

Whitney thinks it pairs perfectly with our Sparkling Picpoul, and Tom says it’s not too bad with our Cabernet Sauvignon either. 😉🍷🥂

A closer look at our 2026 Estate Mourvèdre. 🍇🍷

Punch downs are underway as this year’s fruit works its way through fermentation.

Fun fact: During red wine fermentation, grape skins naturally rise to the surface and form what winemakers call the cap. Punching it back down into the juice helps extract the beautiful color, flavor, and tannins that shape the finished wine. 🍷

Just one of the many hands-on steps that takes our Mourvèdre from vineyard to bottle.
