My daughter doing breathing exercises. It has helped so many children and adults over the years that struggle focusing, that might have adhd, and children on the spectrum of autism. Taking deep breaths, stretching, feeling the horses breathing. Horse back ridding done properly, catered to specific needs can bring calmness and centering to children and adults that may struggle with day today activities. ❤️❤️
