Congratulations to all of our employees who celebrated 5 years of service in September! Whether pictured or not, each of these employees has made a tremendous impact on the startup and growth of our plant. We wouldn’t be the Soules Foods we are today without each and every one of you!

Andrew consistently demonstrates our HEART Values through his outstanding teamwork, dependability, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond to support our team. Whether it's helping Maintenance, Production, or Shipping, Andrew is always ready to step in and get the job done! ❤️

💪 H – HUSTLE
Andrew demonstrates HUSTLE by always going the extra mile. When the robots are down in Delkor, he doesn't hesitate to jump on a lift and help clear the lines. He also assists Shipping and operates forklifts to support both Production and Warehouse operations. He is always willing to help, even when the task falls outside his normal maintenance responsibilities.

⭐ E – EXCEL
Andrew continues to EXCEL by taking ownership of every task and making sure equipment and processes are running efficiently. His strong work ethic and technical skills make him someone the team can always depend on. When Andrew arrives to address an issue, the team knows he will do everything he can to get it resolved.

Andrew demonstrates ADAPT by stepping outside his regular maintenance duties to support wherever he is needed. Whether he is troubleshooting equipment, clearing production lines, or assisting the Warehouse team, he adjusts quickly to changing priorities and always maintains a positive attitude.

Andrew truly represents RESPOND through his quick action and commitment to getting the job done right. When Maintenance is called for assistance, he responds immediately, even when he isn't specifically asked to help. More importantly, he doesn't just fix the issue and walk away. He stays at the point of need to make sure everything is running properly before moving on. His dependability and sense of ownership make a tremendous difference in our daily operations.

Andrew brings everyone TOGETHER through his exceptional teamwork and willingness to help across departments. He never hesitates to support Production, Shipping, Warehouse, or his fellow Maintenance team members. He understands that everyone's success is connected and is always willing to lend a hand, no matter the task. Please join us in congratulating Tramaine Ridgeway on his recent promotion to Shipping Team Lead!

Tramaine joined Soules Foods almost 5 years ago, starting his journey in Production as a Line Worker. Through his hard work and dedication, he was promoted to Machine Operator before taking another step in his career in 2023 when he joined the Shipping team as a Forklift Operator.

Since then, Tramaine has continued to show his dependability, strong work ethic, and commitment to his team. He is always known for his smiling face and great attitude, bringing a positive presence to work each day.

We are excited to see Tramaine take this next step in his career as Shipping Team Lead and look forward to all he will accomplish in his new role!

Maria joined Soules Foods in June 2024 and has continued to grow throughout her time with us. She started in Chicken Inspection before moving into the Line 4 Raw Clerk position, and now she’s taking the next step in her career as a Line 4 Raw Team Lead.

Maria is known for her dedication, positive attitude, and great attendance. She consistently comes to work ready to contribute, support her team, and take on new responsibilities.

Alicia joined our team a little over two years ago as a Quality Assurance Technician, and through her hard work, dedication, and commitment, she has continued to grow within our organization.

Alicia is someone you can count on. She consistently demonstrates perfect attendance, punctuality, strong teamwork, and a willingness to help others. She is always eager to learn, share her knowledge, and help those around her succeed. Her commitment and positive attitude have made a lasting impact on our team.

Necole joined Soules Foods in January 2024 as a Production employee and, just a year later, took the next step in her career by moving into Quality Assurance. Since then, she has continued to learn, grow, and build her knowledge within the QA department.

Now, she’s taking on a new challenge as QA Lead, and we couldn’t be more excited to see her continue to grow as a leader!

Last week, we celebrated an incredible group of employees who reached five years of service with Soules Foods in August!

These employees were a major part of our startup journey. They went through our very first orientations, helped build our teams from the ground up, and experienced the hard times, changes, and growth that come with being a new plant.
