Starting off 2026 with a limited release drink served at all ! Part of the FLUID Zodiac Series, we have crafted a modern take on the Golden Milk, a drink based in Ayurveda.

The Capricorn Elixir is warming, grounded, and especially fitting for this time of year!

The base of this drink is one of our favorite botanical blend, LUCIDUS - consisting of ginger root, turmeric root, licorice root, lemongrass, orange peel, and lemon peel.

While this drink is only available for the month of January, you can recreate it at home with LUCIDUS all year round!

Grey Moon - By popular demand, we created our own rendition of the classic, Earl Grey!

By sourcing each ingredient meticulously, our goal was to elevate a blend beloved by many.

For every batch, we hand massage Keemun tea with an Italian cold-pressed bergamot oil, allow it to air dry, and finish it off with some aromatic lavender buds.

Steep some at any of the locations or with our friends at !

Simply put, green tea is unoxidized, black tea is fully oxidized, and oolong tea is partially oxidized. Oolong is by far the broadest category of tea when classified by oxidation. It really encompasses a number of different styles, but what makes them all oolong is that they are partially oxidized. This can mean anything from just slightly more oxidized than green tea, all the way to just slightly less oxidized than black tea.

Often, tea makers will breed varieties specifically for crafting oolong. This selection lends itself to more complex and delicious tea.

It's warmth + sweetness pairs especially well with honey or plant milks making LUCIDUS perfect for this time of year.

Black tea stands as the predominant force in the global tea landscape, constituting a staggering 78% of the world's tea production. With China and India leading the charge in cultivation, varieties of black tea can be found on nearly every store's shelf in the world. Unfortunately, because of its demand, there are a lot of low quality black teas that often make it to those shelves.

Keep an eye out for loose teas that share growing practices + harvest times to aid in selecting higher quality offerings!

Drying is one of the integral processes in tea making. Each variety + form of tea requires its own set of criteria for optimal drying.

Here, our Longjing undergoes a meticulous nearly 2 day drying process on bamboo sieves. This enhances aroma, reduces bitterness, and boosts amino acid content, ensuring optimal moisture for subsequent frying. This method not only preserves freshness but also prevents cohesion issues during frying, ultimately elevating the tea's overall quality.

At the end of the day, moisture removal is the key in all tea drying, but similar to other beverages like coffee, each variety begins at a unique moisture percentage. Factors such as harvest time, leaf variety, elevation, and local climate all play their own major roles that affect moisture content.

The beauty of tea lies in its simplicity.

Some of our most memorable tea experiences have been without any formal tea ware or scale. Just some water and a vessel. There's a beautiful simplicity in brewing tea that transcends the need for elaborate equipment.

The act of steeping can become a moment that brings people together. Whether it's a casual gathering with friends or a quiet afternoon alone, the essence of tea lies in its ability to foster connection and create a space for shared experience.
