Root & Revelry Craft Soda Root & Revelry soda company is dedicated to serving the freshest sodas possible. We use real fruits, Shrub. Real. Simple.

When one first hears the word it almost certainly conjures up images of a green bush. Shrub has a lesser-known meaning, though, so archaic that it is not even on Wikipedia (Root & Revelry Craft Soda Company aims to change that...). During colonial times, fruit was stored in vinegar for preservation. the fruit-infused vinegar would then be sweetened and added to water to create a refreshing drink.

Root & Revelry Craft Soda Company is using this age-old method, with fresh fruits to hand-craft a lightly carbonated, distinctly fruity beverage.
