I am sitting next to a plate of cinnamon apple oatmeal cookies I baked this morning for my guys and I decided I am going to bring Oatmeal Cookie Pie to the Coffee Creek Market tomorrow!
Oatmeal Pies are typically made to be a heart healthy, nut-free substitute to pecan pie.
They taste like the gooey center of an oatmeal cookie and is in its prime when served warm with a scoop of ice cream on top!
We will have them available in a whole pie

It's feeling a lot like fall! JNJ Organics has tables filled with apples and pie pumpkins and we have all sorta of Apple, pumpkin, pecan, and sweet potato pie varieties!
We will be under the pavilion in Valpo until 2pm!

Hey guys! Between festivals going on downtown Valpo and mini family emergencies we have been MIA. And to make up for that I am bringing these babies to the Coffee Creek Market tonight from 3-7pm!
These are loaded sweet potato hand pies topped with caramel sauce, toasted pecans and marshmallows!
We will also have tall caramel apple whole pies (because I obviously have to put caramel on everything when I make a fresh batch of caramel sauce), peach hand pies and pecan pie Poptarts!
