Hilltop Dairy Co-op Nestled on a beloved century farm, Hilltop Dairy is a raw milk micro dairy founded by Wade and Lacey Fletcher.

Since 2023, the Fletchers have been lovingly raising their Jersey cow, Maggie, with the dream of producing the highest quality raw milk.

Every day is dough day in the Hilltop kitchen, we go through lots of cookies 🀭. But Thursday's are the best...Cinnamon Roll day πŸ€— Our extra rich dough, thanks to all the butter and our creamy raw milk, is mixed, proofed, filled and rolled! It goes into the fridge to slowly have a second rise until it's ready to be baked in the wee hours of Saturday morning πŸ’› This cold and slow second rise allows all of the flavors we love to really develop and ensures you get an extra fresh Cinnamon Roll to start off your weekend πŸ€—πŸ₯›οΏΌ

We love trying different things out! If you're a fan of our Banana Cream Milk, you'll love these cookies! Packed full of white chocolate and cookie chunks, these 5+ oz cookies are thicccc πŸ€—πŸ₯›πŸŒ We also tried out a different bread recipe and this sandwich loaf could be a pillow it's so soft πŸžπŸ’› You might want to start making your weekend plans...now!
