Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday - Van Buren - 7am-10:30am
Saturday - Stockholm Sovereign Market - 10am-1pm

As we get closer to winter, we will be transitioning back to a cart setup instead of the trailer. Our equipment can't freeze, so we will have to remove it from the trailer to store it inside where it's warmer. We will continue to do events like the Stockholm Sovereign Market, the Van Buren Christmas parade, our annual Thanksgiving and Christmas popup sales, and other events as the weather permits. We'll just be indoors with our cart.

We'd like to drive the trailer as late into the season as we can. We don't currently have a date for the switch, because it's partly weather dependent and partly dependent on the date the health department gives us for the cart inspection.

We'll post our switchover date as soon as we know when that is, and we'll keep this page updated if there need to be any last minute weather changes as well.

As always, you are welcome to order baked goods whenever you'd like. Send us a message or feel free to look through our site. Online ordering will stay on all winter, for custom orders and for bags of coffee.

Today we celebrated Esther’s birthday with a French Silk pie. She wanted to make it herself, and she did an amazing job. It was delicious!

We don’t do birthday cakes in our house very often - some of us aren’t big fans of cake. Years ago we started doing other desserts instead. We’ve done brownies, pies, peach cobbler, cheesecake, and all sorts of other things instead of birthday cake. It’s always fun to see what everyone chooses for their dessert!

We’ll be closed tomorrow due to the cold, rainy weather! We don’t want you to have to stand out in the rain to get your coffee and treats. ❤️

We’re testing a new sandwich bread recipe today. This one looks promising. I wish you could smell it - this kitchen smells so delicious right now!

We already make a fantastic gluten free multigrain enriched bread that my family just loves. This new recipe is dairy and egg free, as well as gluten free, so I really hope it turns out well.

We have several new things in the works for the winter.
