🥃🔥 Today’s the Big Day! 🔥🔥

Our Ci**rs & Smoked Old Fashioneds Celebration is here, and reminder we’re OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! We can’t wait to welcome you, your family, and your friends for a beautiful end-of-summer evening.

A few important things to know before you arrive:

🎟️ Pre-Sale Tickets: If you purchased a pre-sale ticket, please look for our host when you arrive. She’ll check you in, provide your ticket, and give you all the information you need to enjoy the evening.

Please be patient if there’s a short line around 5 PM as we get everyone checked in and settled.

🍻 No Reservations Today: Due to the expected traffic and the number of guests wanting to stay, enjoy the music, and make an afternoon of it, we will not be taking reservations today.

If you’re looking for a quieter afternoon, we recommend coming earlier in the day. Stop in around noon–3PM or before 5 PM, grab a table, get settled in, and enjoy the brewery before the clams, ci**rs, and evening festivities kick off at 5.

🌿 Bring a Lawn Chair!: We anticipate the patio and inside of the brewery will be full, so please plan ahead and bring lawn chairs and picnic blankets. Our tent will be set up in the yard, where you’ll still be able to enjoy the music, the atmosphere, and everything happening throughout the evening.

🚬 Cigar Smoking: Smoking is permitted in the yard only. Ci**rs cannot be smoked inside the brewery or on the patio. Once you’ve purchased your cigar, head out to the yard and enjoy!

Our Mexican Street Corn Salad is a celebration of late-summer flavor, packed with local sweet corn, feta cheese, cilantro-lime, black beans, crispy tortilla strips, and fresh made pico, all served over a bed of hydroponic lettuce and finished with our house made chipotle ranch.

Smoky, savory spice meets crisp summer freshness, with just a hint of sweetness from the local corn. 🌽

And the perfect pairing? Wetlands Kingfisher our light lager, crisp, refreshing, and just light enough to let all those bright summer flavors shine.

🖤 Meet the Team Monday: Say Hi to Amanda! 👋

This week, we’re excited to introduce you to Amanda, a lifelong Van Etten girl, S-VE graduate, proud mom of two, and our newest member of the Wetlands team!

Amanda brings a background in the restaurant industry and event planning, along with a genuine love for people and creating experiences that make others feel welcome. Whether she’s behind the chair as a hairstylist, helping plan an event, or greeting guests, Amanda loves making people feel comfortable and at home.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Amanda spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and taking in all that her hometown has to offer.

Wetlands has always been a place Amanda has enjoyed with her family, so joining our team feels like a special full-circle moment. She went to high school with Sara and Nathan, making it even more special to now be part of what we’re building right here in Van Etten.

You’ll be seeing Amanda around the taproom with our front of house team so be sure to say hello and give her a warm Wetlands welcome!

A little taste of summer + A new beer = 🤍

This week’s salad special is Melon & Mozzarella, and it’s basically summer in a bowl.

Fresh local cantaloupe, mini mozzarella balls, garden mint, tender aged Lonza, and a sprinkle of cracked pepper, and sumac flakes, all nestled over crisp hydroponic lettuce and finished with our house-made lemon honey vinaigrette. Bright, fresh, sweet, savory, and glowing with that beautiful summer orange.

And tonight, we officially welcome a new bird to the flock… Wetlands House Wren! 🤎

Our first-ever brown ale is making its highly anticipated debut, just in time to lead us into dark beer season. Expect layered notes of citrus, chocolate, and pine, with a full body and a perfectly balanced bitterness. ABV 6.5%

Come catch the last golden days of summer with a fresh salad in one hand and a brand-new beer in the other.

Our Ci**rs & Smoked Old Fashioned Celebration is almost here, and presale tickets end THIS WEEK!

Join us next Saturday, September 5th as we kick off the end of summer with an evening of ci**rs, smoked Old Fashioneds, good food, and great company at Wetlands Brewery.

A few important things to know:

✨ You DO NOT need a ticket to attend! This event is open to the public, and everyone is welcome.

🎟️ Presale tickets are only for the event items you wish to purchase at a discounted presale rate. You can still purchase items at the event, but presale is the best deal!

We are still family-friendly! Designated smoking areas will be located off the patio, out in the yard, so families can enjoy the brewery and evening together comfortably.

So bring the whole crew, grab a drink, enjoy the atmosphere, and help us send summer off in style.

Soup of the Week: Sweet Corn Gazpacho
Made with 100% locally sourced ingredients, this chilled, creamy gazpacho is bursting with the natural sweetness of summer corn. Served with toasted sourdough and finished with a beautiful garnish of edible flowers and fresh herbs. Refreshing, seasonal, and just the right amount of sweet.

Seasonal Salad: Grilled Chicken Caesar
A classic Caesar with chilled grilled chicken over crisp romaine, shredded Parmesan, classic Caesar dressing, crunchy croutons, and fresh local cherry and heirloom tomatoes. Simple, fresh, and always a favorite.

Ready to try something complete different? Wetlands Chinook: ABV5% Ube Agava Peach Seltzer. Wetlands Chinook brings together the unexpected flavors of ube, agave, and peach. Ube is a naturally purple root vegetable with subtle notes of sweet potato and chocolate, balanced with a touch of sweet agave nectar.
