What began as a small idea to provide our family with fresh & healthy beef has turned into a greater vision! We have decided to help provide our local neighbors, friends and all who are interested with the same great beef our family has been enjoying! Our Values:
Our home grown, ranch raised beef is an extremely high quality, flavorful and healthy product. Our beef is grass-fed, grain-finished with no steroids or hormones. It never has any added hormones, antibiotics, and certainly no growth promoting drugs. We have established and are maintaining a strict genetic program, consistently offering a tender and highly palatable product. We use Angus based cattle which are known for their quality and gold standard. From birth to finish, animals enrolled in the program are being raised in a spacious , stress free environment, then finished with an all natural ration specifically designed by our nutritionist for animal health and efficient production. This type of upbringing, along with our practices that we value and by professionally aging our beef, we achieve the goal of an extremely, flavorful high end product. This, all resulting in a superb tasting, tender and most importantly, a HEALTHY product. Directly from our ranch to your table!!! Our History.....
Our family has been located in West Texas since the early 1900's. We have been passionately involved in agriculture for seven uninterrupted generations. Our children, whom are very involved in our daily operations are very proud to be a part of such a long and rich legacy of ranching that began in Hudspeth County well over 100 years ago. With such an abundance of knowledge through our extensive family history in agriculture and willingness to continue learning with today's amazing technology, our family is very pleased and excited to bring you, All Star Premium Beef LLC.
