If you had asked me during the Spring of 2025, or even in the early Summer of 2025 about RAIN - we just wanted a BREAK in the rain. But then it just stopped ... I often tell people "I'm not in the Beef Business. I'm in the GRASS Business." (Which of course is what our cattle eat. The weather in the 2025 growing season has NOT been cooperative in terms of growing an abundant quantity of Hay. But oh well ... here we are ... that's Farming! As you can see in this video, we are harvesting some good feed off this field which will be stored for winter. Just not as much as we'd like.
