This one feels especially meaningful. Mostly because no one banned me from the property 😂

When I first started building VK Energy Bar, I used to imagine seeing it in places I admired. Places that care deeply about quality, hospitality, and the customer experience. Seeing it at Rosewood Miramar, in Santa Barbra feels SURREAL.

It took a year of drives up the coast, product drop-offs, relentless emails, phone calls, and a whole lot of persistence, but the timing finally aligned last week.

A special thank you to Arturo for not filing a restraining order against me and instead remaining kind, patient, and receptive to my enthusiasm. I’m incredibly grateful to be the new energy bar on property.

While working as a private chef in East Hampton this summer, I wandered into the sweetest little store and asked if I could meet the owner.

A family-run business for 45 years, and within minutes, Sybille completely blew me away. Her knowledge, wisdom, and thoughtful questions had me wanting to sit and chat for hours. She is a true inspiration.

Alongside her beautiful daughter and grandchildren, we sat outside, sampled VK Energy Bars, and began what I hope will be a long-lasting friendship.

Their store is charming, thoughtfully curated, and filled with genuinely delicious products. I’m incredibly grateful to have VK Energy Bars included among such a special collection.

That’s the thing..No one else is going to sell your product like you. I am relentless with my outreach, I am passionate when I get someone on the phone or I corner them on location. I am kind and enthusiastic. I am driven and focused. Today is a small event with a big company I continue to dream about growing with. Today is a win and I am grateful for it.
