About 1 month ago the girls helped seed our red clover, orchard grass mix-hay for the steers for this year. We interseed this in our winter wheat and after the wheat comes off this summer, we will make a cutting of hay this fall for the steers. We are always super excited to watch it grow and turn into food on the table! We have some extra beef available going to Greens this week if your supply is running low! 🥩
