Mother’s Day has been bittersweet for a long time now. I lost my mom when I was 9 and have been grieving her ever since, but I am grateful that my adult children are doing well in life and have their own kids to love on. I am fortunate to have one more still at home to fill our home with laughter.
Plus I grill a great steak and I got to do it in my Granny style kaftan and enjoy the moment without the Steakhouse price point. Winning.
