Well… we did it.

Our Cordon Bleu Dogs are made of ground chicken, our own in-house smoked ham, and Swiss cheese —all stuffed into a hog casing.

🔥 Grill ’em. Air fry ’em. Pan fry ’em.

Butcher Boys is looking for a Retail Sales Clerk to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, hardworking, and comfortable in a fast-paced butcher shop environment. This position includes helping customers, running the register, keeping the retail area stocked and clean, and wrapping custom beef, hogs, and wild game.

🥩 Must be able to lift 50 lbs at a time
🥩 Retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required
🥩 Must be comfortable working around raw meat
🥩 Strong customer service and communication skills are a must

Our in-house smoked turkey breast lunch meat starts with whole turkey breasts — never ground, pressed, or formed. Just real turkey, brined and smoked right here in our shop.

Choose from:
• Regular Smoked Turkey

On an average week, we’re making 800–1,000 POUNDS of house-made pepperoni between custom processing and what we make for our retail case. 🤯
