For more than 20 years, Dillon has been growing barley with the same goal every season: producing the highest quality crop for the people who depend on it.
 
The work of farmers often happens quietly, but it’s the foundation of everything we do at Great Western Malting and CMG. We’re grateful to partner with local growers whose passion, experience, and stewardship help bring exceptional malt to brewers and distillers around the world.
