Today is the day. We are bringing the vibes for the release of Shubako. Watch that beautiful, dense foam settle on the pour, followed by an ice cold dip, and then pair it up with our limited-edition Izakaya pizza special!
🍕 The Special: Japanese BBQ and smoked pepper sauce base topped with pork belly, sauteed mushrooms, and peppadew peppers, finished with pickled onion, fresh cilantro, green onion, and a chili aioli drizzle.

If you are looking for crisp lagers, savory pub bites, or refreshing lemon sours and highballs to beat the weekend heat, we have you covered. Jake will be in the house hanging and pouring some sharp pours.

Portland Beer Week is here, and we are bringing something seriously delicious across the river tonight! 🛸🔥

We are teaming up with the crew at Threshold in Montavilla for the ultimate Hop Dogs event from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM tonight. Four breweries are bringing a custom hot dog recipe and pairing it with a killer West Coast IPA.

Say hello to our entry: Mr. Blue Sky ⛅🌭

We are grilling up a specialty dog loaded with an oyster mushroom medley, caramelized onions, and a rich gorgonzola-herb cream. To take it over the top, we are finishing it with a vibrant, pepper bacon-shallot crumble and fresh green onions.

We are pairing this absolute masterpiece with our signature Trap Door West Coast IPA. The approachable 6.5% abv and bright, crisp hop bitterness is the ultimate match for that rich gorgonzola cream and savory bacon crumble.

There are no advance tickets for this one, and everything is first-come, first-served until it sells out. Swing by tonight, grab a dog, grab a pint, and vote for Team Trap Door!

The World Cup action is officially taking over Trap Door Vancouver, and we are kicking things off with a massive double beer release party!🍻

We are turning the sound ON for all USA matches and broadcasting them on our big screen. The summer heat is rising outside, but we have our awesome AC blasting indoors to keep you perfectly cool while you cheer on the team.

The action starts tomorrow, Friday at noon, as the USA takes on Australia! To sweeten the deal, we are rolling out happy hour pricing on drinks during all USA games.

To celebrate kickoff, we are dropping two brand new beers on draft and in 4-packs the exact same morning. Come drink them fresh while you watch the match:

🍺 Pilzner: Our take on the classic Czech style. Crisp, clean, beautifully bright, and packed with a snappy noble hop bitterness. Built for pure, effortless drinkability. We feel like the tweaks we’ve made are paying off and this is our best batch yet!

An exclusive beer drop and food pop-up is hitting Washougal this weekend! 🏮🍺

This Saturday, June 20th, join us for the release of Shubako. This crisp Japanese lager was directly inspired by a favorite Izakaya we visited during our travels in Japan, built to honor the classic pub culture we fell in love with over there.

To celebrate the release, we are setting up traditional sharp pours at the bar and firing up the kitchen with a limited amount of our Izakaya-inspired pizza special. This pizza was built for eating alongside an ice cold lager, a classic highball, or a tart lemon sour.

Everything kicks off when the doors open this Saturday at the Washougal restaurant. The food menu is small and limited, so come grab a seat early before it sells out!

It has been a wild week in the brewhouse, and the trophy case is officially getting crowded! 🏆✨

First up, our official World Beer Cup trophy finally arrived. We brought home a Silver Award for D.R.E.A.M. in the Imperial India Pale Ale category, to win something in our first year entering just feel special.

On top of that, our friend Nicole just stopped by the taproom to hand-deliver some more gold! Our recent collaboration with Hetty Alice, Off Season, just secured a Gold Medal at the North American Brewers Association awards. We did not build this recipe with competition in mind, but we sent it in anyway and the judges loved it. 🥇

To top off a monumental week, the crew from de Garde Brewing hung out in our brewhouse to cook up a brand new collaborative West Coast IPA named Diego. The beer is officially in the tanks, so consider this your advance warning to keep your eyes peeled for the release date. 🧪

Reunited and it feels so good! Today we are officially releasing Liminal Space, our brand new collaboration with Tiny Giants 🌀

It is always a blast getting together to brew with Steve. We cooked up several projects with him back in the day before he launched Tiny Giants, but this marks our very first official collab since he started the new brand.

This West Coast IPA is a true blend of our brewing styles, built entirely around our mutual love for New Zealand hops. We loaded this recipe up with a heavy focus on Nelson to bring out those beautiful, signature tropical and white grape characteristics.

The cans look sharp, the beer is fresh, and Steve is clearly hyped about it.

To celebrate, Bryan is launching a brand-new chapter: running for Clark County Council in District 1.

As a small business owner, his goal is straightforward: take his "no-nonsense," numbers-driven approach to a larger audience, cut government spending, and clear out the red tape so local businesses can survive. 📈
