I know everyone has a story, which is what makes our liv
es the way they are now. Ever since I was about eight years old, I have loved to bake, I still remember the first dessert I made, Fresh Blackberry Pie and have been baking ever since. My dream is to have my own bakery, so I can watch all the smiling faces as they eat my desserts, but especially the children, only because at 26 years old, I was diagnosed with a rare hormone imbalance to where I cannot have children, so being surrounded by them enjoying my desserts would be amazing. Opening my own bakery has been put in hold for now. I still love making yummy treats and hope that one day I can still open my own shop. I appreciate all the support from my family and friends, thank you for believing in me, I love you all. A special thank you to my mother Sheila for putting a cookbook in front of me, allowing me to be creative and never give up on my dream.
