Our new Rice Lager "Sensei" was one of the first brews to use the new Kanpai yeast from and we can't wait to taste it. Featuring American, Belgian, Canadian and German Pilsner malt, Flaked Rice, Perle, Tettnang and Saphir hops. Thanks to and for the inspiration and guidance.

Thank you to all our friends and supporters for their encouragement this year. We brewed thirty two different beers, three ciders and two wines, and are excited for the year to come. Happy Holidays everyone!

We are very proud of our first wines, the 2023 Syrah and Rosé. These miniscule test batches yielded less than two cases each, but we will be ramping up volumes and varietals this year and are excited to share with our supporters.

A Spot of Bother is a moderate strength Winter Warmer that evokes thoughts of a cozy English Pub with a hint of Scottish adventure. It is untraditional in that it features a mix of modern hops like Altus, Comet and Loral, which are each unique in their floral/earthy hop profiles. The first of our 2024 Winter series.
