This weekend, come on out to Pomeroy Farm Days. Visit the historic farmhouse and join the festivities. And of course have some authentic slow-smoked bbq. Brisket, Pulled Pork, Grilled Chicken and St. Louis Cut Ribs. Add in a nice Louisianna Red Hot and make it a combo.

We are so happy to get back to Vancouver Farmers Market. We will have a full menu and lots of our fan favorites, Slow Smoked Beef Brisket and Pulled Pork. Delectable St. Louis Cut Pork Ribs and Grilled Chicken. Sandwich or Bowl with our tangy vinagrette Cole Slaw. And we even have some crispy chewy southern style Pecan Pie.

Standing up, speaking up.

Meatpacking workers, their families, and allies are chartering the Iowa Meatpacking Workers LULAC Council based out of Marshalltown, Iowa.

This council will be led and made up of members across the state who will set and push an agenda for meatpacking workers and their communities in and outside of LULAC.

We look forward to continue working with and elevating the voices of workers in our communities.

Hello folks, hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. With the farmers markets still closed and looking at modified methods when they do open, we will probably not be able to sell our hot food there. We are working on an online store to be able to get our slow smoked bbq to our customers.

We are considering starting this with selling smoked pork ribs, frozen immediately after cooking, then picked up or delivered. There is a possibility we could deliver the ribs fresh on a particular day. We have yet to work out all the details but would like to know if you like the idea. Please comment and let us know.
