This week I had the pleasure of making a little boys frown turn to a smile when I told him I had gluten free peanut butter cookies. My daughter had serious problems from gluten so I have been baking gluten free for about a year. Never thought it made such a difference, boy was I dumb. I will make sure to have something good for this young man every week. This week we are going to make gluten free pretzel sticks and frozen chocolate bananas. All Gluten Free products will be kept separate so as not to cross contaminate. Who knows maybe we will have a whole table devoted to gluten free foods! I want to THANK ALL my family and friends for all the support they have given me for MiMi's Lil Bakery to get a start. I am on my way and pray I don't disappoint and I fly.
