This week’s speciality pizza at the Hairless Hare Brewery.

Smoked Margherita Pizza

We have taken this traditional pizza recipe and put a smokey twist to it. We make the sauce from scratch with San Marzano tomatoes and build them into a robust pizza sauce that we then smoke with hickory in our smokers. Topped with fresh mozzarella and rough cut basil and sweet balsamic reduction!
