New life on the farm on this freezing cold morning❄️❄️ Lilly welcomed her first calf early this morning, and this baby girl is SUCH a cuddlebug!!! What a blessing this little furball is to our farm🩷

It's a good day for Dogwood Hill Farm!!! Our first calf of the season has made its appearance in our pasture this morning. Both calf and mama are doing great and are getting to know each other🥰. It only makes sense that our pioneer heifer, Sprinkles, was the first to add to the herd!!

🥩 It’s that time of year again🥩 We have 1 and 1/4 cow up for sale. If you’re interested in purchasing some meat, we sell our cows in bulk (meaning that you can purchase a whole, half, or quarter of a cow at a time). At the moment, we don’t sell individual cuts.

Happy Gotcha Day to our girl, Sprinkles! Sprinkles holds a special place in our hearts because she’s the one who jump-started our highland herd🐮 It’s crazy to look back and see how much our farm has grown and changed over the course of year, and we’re excited for many more years to come!!!

Welcome to the herd, Vindicator! Our newest addition is a registered yellow bull, and we couldn’t be happier! In a few weeks, we’ll introduce him to the ladies and let them mingle in the field together😉 A huge thank you to Almost Home Livestock Transport for delivering him to us and Pell Creek Cattle Co. for the sale!
