Lavender Hill Farm Lavender Hill Farm is a vacation rental and 1/2 acre lavender farm. Open for U-Cut late June - July; vacation rental rest of year.

Open Thursday-Sunday 11 am - 5 pm June 20 - July 28 We are the oldest lavender farm on Vashon Island, with 20 varieties of lavender available for U-Cut in season (mid-June to late July). The farmhouse is available for vacation rentals weekly in the summer and holidays, and weekends September to June. During the lavender season we also open our farm store, with lavender products and gifts for sale.

Hi everyone - after much thought, I have decided that this summer, our 20th year of growing lavender, will be a season of Rest and Renewal. That means that Lavender Hill Farm will be closed to visitors this summer.
There are two reasons for this decision. The farm reason is that last summer and fall we replanted almost 1/3 of our lavender because older plants were not producing vigorously and it takes two seasons for new plants to mature enough to be harvested. The personal reason is that my mother died in December and my father turns 100 next month, so I want the flexibility to spend more time with him on the East Coast and to handle my mother’s estate.

Our lavender will be available at farmers markets, local shops, online and for pickup - our studio rental Betty's Blue is available year-round. Details on where to find our lavender will be on our website in early April.

It's hard to disappoint our loyal visitors who come see us every year. I assure you I will miss the fun of greeting you this summer and will be ready to jump back in next year.

We interrupt our lavender season to show off our dahlias!! Two more weekends of lavender. We are distilling daily starting at 11, there are blooms still in the field and we are cutting fresh bunches daily at our second field. Come see us!
