Beyond the energetics, Cleavers has a long history of traditional use for supporting the lymphatic system and healthy fluid movement throughout the body. Herbalists often describe it as a lymphagogue, reflecting its traditional affinity for lymphatic flow and elimination. Cleavers may be used to support normal fluid balance and the body’s natural cleansing processes, making it a lovely herb for periods when you feel a little stagnant or puffy. As always, understanding what your body is communicating is important, and persistent or unexplained swelling should be discussed with a healthcare professional.

Amla is a treasured Ayurvedic herb with a long history of traditional use. Naturally rich in vitamin C and antioxidant compounds, Amla supports cellular health and the body’s natural antioxidant processes. Vitamin C also plays an important role in normal collagen production and immune function. In Ayurveda, Amla is valued as a deeply nourishing botanical and is often used as part of a daily practice to support vitality and overall well-being.
