Ratatouille.

All produce from the farm this morning. Sauté the harder vegetables first, and then the softer last like tomato. Season with thyme, rosemary, garlic and s&p and simmer. It should be baked in layers and stirred together just before serving, but I cheated. I do that sometimes you know 🙄
