The peony harvest that almost wasn’t! 🌸 I was blown away by my experience at the this past weekend, but I almost didn’t get to go. Swipe to slide three to see where the blooms were at on Tuesday. Then two 90 degree days and a deep soaking rain on Thursday and 🌸 POP! 🌸 There they were. It was all a blur from Friday cutting all day to the whirlwind sell out at the show, and I am so so thankful. My in laws were a huge help, and I couldn’t have done it without the help of my reluctant flower farming husband 😘. Hope the festival will have us back again next year, and if you’ve never been… I hope you’ll make plans to go. Go visit their page to get a sense of the scale of it. It is an incredible spectacle. 🫶🌸💕
