If there's anything better than bread that's warm, flavorful, soggy, and crunchy in the right place, it's bread that drips with chicken fat as it bakes. Enter the recipe for the week. Fill a casserole dish with vinegar bread with Romano peppers and garlic, place the chicken thighs on top, and sprinkle the skins with more vinegar, salt, and dried oregano. Everything should be solid. No need to worry about something not crispy. I separate everything so it's even crispier at the end.
Serve with gnarly bits of ciabatta that's warm, tangy, soggy and crunchy in all the right places
