Perfect timing as my 2025 OC Ballard Canyon Sangiovese is being pressed after two weeks of fermentation.

This wine is dedicated to my Tía Abuela, who has always guided my path. Her strength and love continue to shape every step of this journey.

I conducted blending trials for the 2022 Toj Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon, each pour becomes an offering — a conversation with the ancestors. Between sips, I balance my palate with cheese and charcuterie, staying present to taste every nuance. It’s not a search for perfection, but for balance — the quiet point where the wine reveals its truth. 🍷
