Imperial Cascade!!!
Weighing in at 8.3% abv, this juicy hazy cider has the sour green apple notes of Granny Smith accompanied by cascade hops, finishing slightly bitter hoppy with grapefruit and pine.

An old Balcom recipe, Blake used to homebrew this recipe in the kitchen back in 2018 😮

🚨 Fresh VDP Alert! 🚨

We just canned a fresh batch of VDP, and this one is extra special—canned by one of our very own international Balcom Canyon Rugger, Mario! 🇧🇷🏉

Mario has played rugby on the international stage in Brazil, Ireland, and the USA, and during his time with us, he’s also learned the craft of cider-making—diving into operations, manufacturing, and everything that makes Balcom Canyon Cider what it is.

This project has been a true collaboration with our rugby family, working alongside the Ventura County Rugby Club, a local men’s rugby team that we proudly sponsor at The Local in Camarillo and Gibson’s in downtown Ventura. 🍻🏉

Mario, you’ve been an incredible part of our growth, and it’s been an honor to have you on this journey. We wish you the best in your rugby career and as an ambassador for both the sport and the craft of cider-making.
