I am in love with her teat length, placement & huge orifices and let’s not forget about her sweet disposition & perfect stanchion manners 💜
We want to give a huge thank you to Lauren Kalns at TK Acres Dairy Goats for giving us this opportunity!! I love her dam 🌟Creekwood Acres Poundcakes (2*M VEEE90)🌟 she is beautiful & puts milk in the pail!

“Ruby” as we affectionately call her, will be bred to Slick for early 2027 babies. We plan to milk test, appraise & show her next year…. big plans for this little goat 🥰

Watching the outflow in action!!

Last year Bill & Papa built this outflow to help catch fish for when it rains a lot the pond over flows….. well 7 months later it finally happened! Last nite it just rained & rained & rained, so much that the pond came up over 3 feet!! ⛈️🌊

I went out to feed early this morning & thought hmmm I wonder how much the pond came up… there’s something about the sound of rushing water that is just so peaceful & serene 🥰
The boys had a field day playing in the water & catching crawfish 💙

Only 1️⃣ boy was left intact & retained, Rosie’s son 💛Bearded Bleats WA Golden Boy💛

6️⃣ girls were retained & I can’t wait to watch them grow out 💖

Finally getting a chance to post pictures of the show last weekend in Brenham TX 🌻

Our GOLDEN GIRLS behaved very well & even though we didn’t bring home any ribbons we are still very proud of them 🥰
When we go to a show I try to make it a fun time for the boys & even dad joined us for this trip!
A big thank you to Stefanie Rall for helping me show Star & Blondie, having 2 doelings in the same age class gets a little hectic lol

As much as we enjoy showing the goats we are gunna take the next couple months to focus on adding more permanent fencing & hopefully 🙏🏼 finally start finishing out the milking parlor area in the barn. I can imagine how wonderful it will be to have a sink & fridge just a couple feet away 😍

Just in the nick of time!! Miss Sprinkles will be debuting her beautiful green ears at the show this weekend 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️
