We haven't done this in a while.
Tom's vs. Yankton
We shopped at both stores and bought the same items. This was our family's shopping list for supper this week.
Tom's total: $88.32
Yankton Total $80.07
So yes, you would "save" $8.25 by shopping at Yankton....
But here's where you'd be losing:
*Gas prices are nuts...pretty sure it'll cost more than $8.25 to get there.
*Local service/support. Tom's employees will help you, carry out your groceries, and ask how your family is doing with genuine care.
*We aren't in it to get rich - we want to support our family and our community.
*Tom's gives back to Verdigre. We'll take those extra $8.25 that you gave us instead of Walmart and invest it in our community!
Think small, shop local, support local!
