I can’t contain my excitement—Carl 2.0 is finally here! 🎉🌱

Be on the lookout for his upcoming messages and garden wisdom.

A huge thank you to Brett for finally putting him together! With the deer treating my garden like an all-you-can-eat buffet, Carl was definitely needed. Here’s hoping he helps keep those hungry visitors away! 🦌🚫🥕

💜 “Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed… A cord of three strands is not easily broken.”
— Ecclesiastes 4:9,12 💜

Marriage is a journey filled with beautiful moments, unexpected twists, incredible blessings, and seasons that test your strength. Through every chapter, having someone by your side makes all the difference.

Today, we celebrate 21 years of marriage.

Over the last 21 years, we’ve shared countless memories, faced challenges we never expected, celebrated victories big and small, and experienced God’s faithfulness every step of the way. Through the highs and lows, we’ve learned that love isn’t just a feeling—it’s a daily choice, a commitment, and a promise to walk through life together.

Twenty-one years ago, we stood before God and our family, full of hope and dreams for the future. Looking back, I am grateful for every lesson, every blessing, and every challenge that has strengthened our marriage and deepened our faith.

Brett Woods, thank you for being my partner through it all. Thank you for your love, your friendship, your support, and your unwavering commitment to our family. You are my safe place, my greatest encourager, and one of God’s greatest gifts in my life.

As we celebrate 21 years together, I am reminded that the strongest part of our marriage isn’t just the bond between us—it’s the One who has held us together through every season.

Happy 21st Anniversary, my love. Here’s to all that God has done and all that is still to come. ❤️

There’s something special about planting a garden. Each seed is placed in the ground with hope, faith, and the expectation that something beautiful will grow. We water, w**d, and wait—not because we can see the harvest immediately, but because we trust the process.

Galatians 6:9: “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

Just like a garden, our faith requires patience. The prayers we pray, the kindness we show, and the seeds of love we plant in others may not bear fruit immediately . But in God’s perfect timing, growth happens beneath the surface, and the harvest comes.

Today I’m thankful for the reminder that both gardens and faith grow one day at a time. 🌱💚

On this Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives for our freedom. May we never forget their sacrifice, and may God bless the families who carry their memory in their hearts. ‘Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.’ — John 15:13

Nothing makes me happier than a trunk full of plants! 🌱🚗
Picked up some garden plants, butterfly bushes, and grasses to help cover our septic covers and controller. Now I’m just hoping the rain gives me a little break so I can get everything planted! ☔🌿

Being their Momma is one of the greatest blessings God could have ever given me. Watching one serve Jesus around the world, one preparing for their senior year, and one getting ready to start high school is both humbling and overwhelming in the best way. Time truly flies.

Through every joyful moment and every difficult season, one thing has remained constant — Jesus has carried us through it all. His faithfulness has never failed our family.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5

Praying every mom had a chance today to slow down, reflect, and soak in the beautiful blessings God has given them. May the Lord continue to strengthen and bless your families through every season of life. 💙 Happy Mothers Day

It’s been interesting the last couple of days over here! We just want to say thank you to everyone who sent prayers and positive thoughts our way. They truly mean so much to us.

We’re also very grateful to share that everything went extremely smooth during Brett’s hernia repair.

Nothing like having a husband get a hernia repaired and two dogs get “fixed” all on the same day!

Brett is doing well—just trying to find a little comfort in the discomfort as he recovers. Revvy and Jake are doing well too. Jake decided he was not a fan of the recovery body suit and chewed a nice hole straight through it last night… so he is now officially blessed with the “cone of shame.” We’re hoping that keeps him from licking his wounds.

Good thing Brett doesn’t have to wear the cone too! 😅
