We are hiring!!
This is a full-time position with a very competitive compensation package. We are looking for a hardworking and disciplined self-starter, with experience in various ranch work.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
✅ Machinery operation and maintenance of farm and ranch equipment, including welding, driving truck, and fencing.
✅ Cattle handling, including sorting, moving, and working cattle with UTV and on horseback.
✅ Herd health, including treating cattle, tracking vaccine inventory, and communicating areas of concern with the team and our veterinarian.
✅ Calving both heifers and cows out of our January-March calving herd and our May-June calving herd.
✅ Cattle nutrition, including feeding in a feedlot setting during winter months and pasture management during summer months.
✅ Breeding, including implementing AI protocols and monitoring natural service sires.
✅ Other general ranch duties as assigned.
Qualified applicants will have experience in these aforementioned areas.
