We have a few beef left. The cost of a grain fed whole steer will be $3000 plus cut and wrap. Hanging weight is usually 600-800 lbs depending on size of beef. $85 for kill and inspection, and $.85 per pound for processing. If you are interested we will require a $500 deposit to add you to the list. The deposit will go to the price of the beef. We will drop the beef off at circle v in Spanish fork. We will pick it up and have it for pick up at our home in vernal. Beef will be ready this fall. September-October. Let me know if that works. Tammy decided to make some ribs for dinner tonight. We added some amazing local honey that is available for purchase at Kookē! If you haven’t tried it yet. Head down to Kookē and get some! A young stud by the name Chase McCurdy has this honey business. He loves bee keeping and doing a fantastic job. Let’s all support this young entrepreneur! Hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday!

Just a friendly reminder we still have some customers that haven’t paid there deposit. We will give it another week. Then they will be removed from the list. Unfortunately we have been burned in the past.
