“Sweets” are made with Skinny Girl Syrups, Lakanto Monkfruit and SoNourish Monkfruit and Zero Choc chocolate as well as Stevia, Swerve, Ect. These contain erythritol and sugar alcohols. These items consumed in larger quantities can and (I cannot stress this enough) WILL have a laxative effect on the body. Please be aware that consuming more than the recommended serving size is... not a good choice. Ever. Additionally, I want to make it very clear that while I use the utmost caution, care and cleaning in my kitchen, none of my Gluten Free are guaranteed to be 100% GF. The FDA’s gluten-free labeling rule states that as long as the final product contains less than 20 parts per million of gluten, the product may be labeled gluten free. I assure you I will do my very best to avoid any possible cross contamination by using separate tools, utensils and storage for ingredients and products.
