As much as we dont want to do this, its the will of the maker. We have to sell our food trailer. We were signed up for all the events and had hoped to at least feed you guys there this year but the owners health chose otherwise. We will not be at any events this year unfortunately.. we do have an air conditioned self serve farmstand we hope to offer some of our famous sauces and ceviche and desserts so check that out join the group M&T Farmstand On 5th also if you are interested in purchasing the business and continuing where we left off or just the food trailer send us a msg.. it will likely go fast like the trucks did!

We havent had any interest yet in the business as a whole.. if we just sell the truck we will likely still be able to get our delicious food to you one way or another.. at least at events anyway! 📣 BIG MAMBO'S ANNOUNCEMENT 📣
I know, we've missed you too!...
After a bit of a forced break due to health and a bit of changes in our routine, we have had to make the decision that we have been trying to avoid... and that's to close our business.
It's been a fun ride and we have loved serving everyone out awesome flavors at great prices, but as mentioned, due to personal reasons we simply can't continue.

We would love for someone else to pick up where we left off... It's a great money maker, especially at events and we would be willing to sell the entire business including the foodtruck AND food trailer as well as our online presence for $80k... Otherwise we would be willing to sell just the food truck for $35k.

📣🗯️Where's MAMBOS? What happened? Are you guys open? I NEED fries!.....these and other questions have been hitting our page, and finally we can answer them.📣🗯️

Truth is...As we were so excited working on expanding, rebranding, and opening the Shack a few months ago.... we were hit with the news that one of our owners, was diagnosed with Cancer 😞, as you can imagine we as a family, felt like we just got hit by a train..
As a mother, as one of our pillars and as the one that greeted all our customers daily with a smile....this was hard to process. She didnt let this stop her, mainly because she didnt want anyone to worry (yup, she's stubborn🤦‍♀️).
On December 30th she underwent surgery, and due to it being a little more complicated than expected, she ended up staying at the hospital for more observation.

As her road to recovery began, we were SO GRATEFUL, BLESSED AND THANKFUL for all the support and prayers from those around us that knew what we were going thru (not many).💟

We will admit that while we were only planning to be closed for the holidays, trying to run a business without one of our key members, our heads and hearts were not in the right place. The fear of the unknown was in all honesty blinding.

We are now almost a month after her surgery and we can safely say SHE IS CANCER FREE ❣, and as happy as that makes us to know we can breath and jump of excitement, we also understand that we may have disappointed some of our customers by being closed this long.

So we would like to formally apologize to all of you, old and new customers, for not keeping you in the loop of things. ❤️😞

✨BUT DONT WORRY, We can now breath, focus, create and go back to doing what we do best, we have many new things in the works, as we move forward and evolve.
A major exciting change is in the works as we RE-OPEN SOON with a new menu that will allow us to offer you our great flavors yet doesn't require constant owner presence 😉.… AND since our fries became SO POPULAR it gave us an idea ...that we think you will love 🙂
We hope you stick with us! as we officially start the countdown to reopening 😉

Most folks in Vernal haven’t had Cuban coffee before, so here’s the quick rundown:
