Hello friends! Our strawberry season is winding down, almost on the timeline we expected.

We are ending U-pick a little earlier than we had hoped because we're starting to see more berries becoming soft, bruised, or spotted than we like. There are still plenty of beautiful berries in the field, but finding them now requires much more careful picking and sorting.

One of the things we've loved hearing this season is how many customers commented on the flavor of our strawberries. While some of our berries were smaller than we would have liked, we've heard over and over again that they were some of the sweetest strawberries people have had in years. One customer, Christine, told us after tasting our strawberries, "Now this is how a strawberry should taste." Growing berries with exceptional flavor is something we take great pride in, and we're grateful for all the positive feedback.

Rather than opening the field for U-pick and asking customers to sort through berries themselves, we've decided to close U-pick for the season so everyone has the best possible experience.

We will continue offering limited pre-picked orders as we're able. We'll do the searching and sorting for you and make sure you're getting those beautiful, sweet strawberries you've come to expect from us.

Thank you for supporting our family farm this season. We're grateful for every visit, every order, and every customer who chose to spend part of their summer with us. 🍓 See you next year when we have new varieties that will extend our season!

🍓 The first berries are ripe! 🍓

We're excited to kick off the season and will be starting out slowly as the berries continue to ripen. We'll be adding more reservation openings as additional berries become ready for picking.

Our friend Janessa and her parents stopped by last night to check out the berries and be our taste tester. She approves! The weather has been favorable for sweet berries!
