First calf of the fall season! A really nice bull by Luchesse. His dam, Dolly A33, is the highest $C animal in the herd. We would consider her to be in our terminal line. Her 330 day calving interval from calf one to two is pretty exciting though! She has a really nice Powercat bull calf in the bull sale this year.

The 539 bull caught my eye this morning on the way to the trough. He is one of the better Majority sons you will find for muscle and hair shed. We flushed his dam (pictured) at 8 years of age. A half sister to 539 is a lead donor for us (LLF 8104 Top Cut 156 20295681) and her sons will be featured in the sale November 14.
