Pasture Raised New Zealand Lamb Racks
MARKET UPDATE - As the northern hemisphere transitions into fall, the southern hemisphere is breaking into spring. New-season lambs have been born and are thriving after a wet winter season that is now producing great grass with the spring sunshine. Expectations are for a good growing season. Larger-sized racks will start to become harder to find as smaller sizes dominate the cut-out. Our final load from last season arrives next week with larger racks.
