So glad we invented the phrase Maycember to acknowledge the chaos of this month. I went into it already feeling like the farm was running behind and gosh is our calendar chock full of non-farm related activities 😬😬😬. It’s going to be fine right?
We’ll get there when we get there and it’s not a race and all that… right?
Yes but also… i haven’t boiled bones or rendered tallow and we have pork coming back from the butcher and I need the freezer space so… beef sale for you!!!!!!
