Project Cupcake is complete!

Finding cold space for 14 boxes was interesting after buying 30 dozen eggs and 32 pounds of cheese to shred!

Took me 1 fridge and 3 freezers, but I managed! This is the real struggle 😂

Not everyday goes smoothly in the kitchen and today was more like the spiral of a sweet roll - just going in circles.
I was doubling batches and accidentally quadrupled the milk in my chocolate cake… 🥹they are dense but otherwise fine.

Finally got the number I needed and moved on to vanilla - just as troublesome. 😔 I overfilled the first two trays by 10 grams - every.single.one.spilled.over. 🥲

So…in making 14 dozen cupcakes, I am looking at 22 dozen. 😉 At least they aren’t ruined and I can use them for Kool Kid Kups or even cake pucks!

Add to that, 20 pounds of buttercream (to start) and my mixer is begging for a dinner break!

I felt a few raindrops and really am just not in a rain cleanup kind of mood .

I buttoned down the hatches just in case! Apologies in advance, but no worries next weekend is just as busy.

We met sooo many nice new folks today, I appreciate everybody that stopped!

3 pup cups and I thought Cooper was going to lick right through his bowl! This is the only payment we don’t accept 💕 they get a treat on the house - rolled just like everyone else.

To hear the stories “we saw you were out so we looked at each other and decided it was a great day for a drive” or “I appreciate your dedication to just being out there with your food” - they just make my heart explode…and honestly blow my mind! 🫶🏻🤯 Thank you 💕
