We're relaunching as Vernon Brewing!

Please join us on Saturday, May 2, 2026 for our relaunch party, with music by The Harrisons! Many details to come!

What you can expect from Vernon Brewing:

* Family-friendly indoor and outdoor spaces
* A renovated, climate-controlled, adults-only lounge
* A two-level private party space that is free to use (with minimum bar tab)
* A brand new cocktail menu, our Rudetown Rocktails
* A renewed focus on affordable lager beers served in big mugs and in pitchers (pairs great with our pro co****le boards)

🚨NEW WEEK, NEW BEER🚨

🌾SUSSEX WHEAT BEER🌾 5% ABV

Hitting the tap lines when we open on Thursday at 4pm is our newest beer, Sussex Wheat Beer, a beer made to answer the question, "What do you have that tastes like...."

SWB is super easy drinking, built on a simple grain bill of pilsner malt and raw wheat, with hopped exclusively with Saaz. Pairs well with life.

Second drop of the week!

☀️🌫️VERNON HAZE 🌫️☀️

On Thursday, we'll drop Vernon Haze, a New England IPA dry-hopped with some of our favorite New Zealand hops, Nectaron (50%), Rakau (25%) and Motueka (25%). VH is built on a base of Idaho-grown malted barley, raw wheat, oats and our well water.

Its brimming with tropical pineapple up front, and pushes supporting waves of stone fruit, passionfruit, lime zest, lemon peel, a slight note of resin, and a touch of mojito.

Vernon Haze is bright, juicy, crisp, and distinctly New Zealand. 6.5% abv.

We're pouring three beers this weekend at Liberty Science Center for our favorite NJ beer festival, Brewsology.

It's basically your middle school class trip with an insane amount of beer paired with amazing science s**t. Many of your favorite NJ breweries will be there. There's also a big dinosaur exhibit this year.

Unclear whether laser light Billy Joel or laser light Blink-182 will prove more popular among NJ brewers and beer drinkers.

Dropping today in the Alias Brew Works tasting room is the return of our popular Italian Pilsner, Birra Di Chooch, now in 16oz cans!

🇮🇹 BIRRA DI CHOOCH 🇮🇹

ITALIAN PILSNER 5% -- Our Birra Di Chooch is built on 100% pilsner malt base, lagered for 10 weeks, and gently dry hopped with Tettnang and Saphir. Crisp and crushable, pouring on draft from our LUKR side pour faucets, and in 16oz cans to-go!

Look for it in bars and liquor stores in the coming weeks via our distribution partners, Twelve Percent Beer Project!

We're throwing an all-day Valentine's Day celebration on Saturday, Feb 14 with food by the amazing Oyster Party of Woodstock, NY, and instrumental music all day long, with Sabaj A Trois in the afternoon and Gabrieli Brass Quintet at night!

Oyster Party will be here with an incredible oyster raw bar, insane lobster rolls, decadent caviar, and more! Sabaj A Trois starts the day with music at 2pm, following by the five piece brass Gabrieli Quintet at 5pm!

This is an event with perishable food, so reservations are required. They are free, and you'll be asked to pick a time slot (2p-5p or 5p-8p) when you make the reservation. You can arrive at any time during your time slot.

Please only make a reservation if you plan to attend.
