On my way to a pitch contest for the Sustainable Produce Containers at Nextcycle Michigan and grabbed dinner in the Chicago airport at the Farmers Fridge vending machine - EXCELLENT! And it accepts the container back when you’re done with it! Under $10 and other than the fork - I forgot my reusable one :( - no waste!

Our “StampBot” Stamping Robot machine was created to help make the stamping process fast, easy and consistent on our Sustainable Produce Containers. Designed for use with Stampmaker.com’s pre-inked Maxlight XL 700 style “C”, the main plate will hold 5 of the 8 sizes. Other features:
- Foot pedal start button
- Can hold a stack of up to 25 containers
- Adjustable base to support different size or orientation of containers
- Designed to hold the StampMaker’s pre-inked Maxlight XL 700 style “C”, 50,000 impressions.

I love saving customers shipping when they need some sustainable produce containers and I’m going their direction. Plus I get to see their cool operations! Harbor Gardens is one such place in Ashtabula Ohio, northeast of Cleveland! As much as possible is locally sourced by woman owner Gallo and her focus is on health and wellness with a seasonal café and culinary classes. The kombucha alone is worth the drive! Stop by soon!

In the words of Bob Ross, “We don’t make mistakes, just happy little accidents”. This Quart FoldBot has been refurbished to have the latest design improvements (including the upgraded motors that are sticking out on the sides). But even if it looks like a beast, it can still fold the Quart and as a bonus/happy little accident, can almost fold all four corners of the 1.5 Tall Pint and usually at least two corners of the Low Profile Pint… available for $2500, message or call 859-630-2694 to switch from plastic clamshells to the Sustainable Produce Containers.

The 2Q/3Q Dual FoldBot folding robot folds both 2 quart and 3 quart Sustainable Produce Containers at a rate of about 10/minute and can be changed from one size to the other within 5 - 10 minutes! Good job to the Sun Sugar Farms engineering team on this machine that saves growers time and money and saves the Earth from plastic clamshells!

After the Southeast Regional Fruit and Vegetable Conference finished in Savannah, I made it out to Tybee Island. Pretty awesome to see the Atlantic Ocean and the sunset at the same time after meeting so many great people!

It’s also a blessing to know there are a few others who don’t want to risk losing this and who are willing to choose an alternative to plastic produce packaging. It’s not easy. Thank you sustainable farmers, for being good stewards of the land and sea!
