Tonight’s dinner was great and Ainsley made what was possibly the most delicious part of it! We had grilled ribeye steaks, sautéed mushrooms, roasted potatoes, and roasted asparagus (didn’t get a pic of that). But Ainsley’s newest hobby is SOURDOUGH!!! She baked her first loaf of bread today and it was absolutely delicious! So proud of her!

For our Easter dinner this year I decided to go Mediterranean.

Greek marinated grilled pork chops, Greek smashed potatoes with feta, red onion, and garlic, Mediterranean roasted carrots on herb yogurt tahini sauce with honey, feta, and pepitas.
